For Giacomo and Luz, animals have always held a special place in their hearts. From visiting zoos around the world to caring deeply for the natural world, their love story has always been intertwined with nature.
So when they decided to say “I do”, it felt only right to do so surrounded by the creatures they adore at Bali Zoo.
Their journey to the altar was as meaningful as the day itself.
Since both had never been baptized, we helped arrange a Christian baptism ceremony before their wedding blessing a deeply emotional and spiritual moment that marked not only their union as a couple, but their shared faith and commitment to a new beginning together.
Every element of their day reflected thoughtfulness and connection from the music to the symbolic details woven through the ceremony.
As the soft Balinese light filtered through the tropical trees, the moment everyone had been waiting for arrived.
Luz made her entrance on top of a gentle elephant, accompanied by her daughter who proudly stood beside her as maid of honor.
It was a breathtaking sight, powerful, graceful, and unforgettable.
The bond between mother and daughter, the quiet presence of the elephant, and the serene backdrop of nature came together in perfect harmony.
To honor the setting, we designed the decor using entirely organic elements from banana trees and sugar canes to lush local greens.
After the celebration, all those natural materials were donated to the elephants at the zoo, turning beauty into nourishment.
It was a beautiful full circle love celebrated, nature respected, and every detail infused with intention.
Their ceremony at Bali Zoo wasn’t just a wedding it was a story of unity, family, and purpose.
It reminded us that a wedding becomes truly magical when it reflects the couple’s values and the life they dream of building together.
